Front Desk Admin (Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

We’re looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Admin to be the welcoming face and operational support of our program office. This part-time, onsite role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly, assisting visitors, and helping with events and projects.

Job Details:

• Compensation: Up to $28/hour | Contract role
• Onsite role with core hours Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Some flexibility in start and end times may be possible

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and assist visitors and callers with professionalism and a service-oriented approach
• Handle administrative tasks such as meeting coordination, space scheduling, and financial processing
• Support planning and execution of events, including catering, materials, registration, and on-site logistics
• Manage staff timesheets and assist managers with reporting and reconciliation
• Help with special projects and day-to-day operational tasks to keep the office running efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in office administration, program support, or administrative coordination
• Experience supporting meetings, events, or operational logistics

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in academic, nonprofit, or institutional settings
• Internship, work-study, or office support experience
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
