Our client a Woburn, MA based company in the food distribution space is looking to bring on a Warehouse Supervisor on a temporary basis as soon as possible and this could have permanent job offer potential as well. This would be a Mon-Fri first shift role and they are looking to start the interview process ASAP. They will move quickly through the process and will be looking to get someone started in the next week or so.

Qualifications include:

• Previous experience in a warehouse lead or supervisory role preferred
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including materials handling and inventory management
• Understanding of OSHA regulations and ability to enforce safety standards
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Aptitude for numbers

Responsibilities include:

• General warehouse supervision
• Preparing delivery routes
• Checking orders before they are shipped out
• Handling customer communication to resolve shipping and order related issues
• Ensure efficient materials handling, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
• Collaborate with other departments to meet order fulfillment requirements
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipping and receiving processes
