Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description

As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in inventory management by conducting regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels. You will update records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse by safely operating machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment is essential, adhering to hygiene and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Update records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Safely operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
• Load trucks, pick orders, and perform other tasks as needed by the business.

• Experience with stand-up forklifts and reach trucks

Work Environment

This role is based in a warehouse setting, where you will be part of a team that works collaboratively to achieve common goals. The work involves operating various warehouse equipment and adhering to safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient workplace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellingham, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
