Requirements:

  • Current Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing Home Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.

  • Minimum of two years of healthcare leadership or long-term care experience preferred.

  • Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage facility operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Serve as the facility's Compliance Officer, promoting ethical practices and maintaining regulatory readiness.

  • Lead, mentor, and support department managers to achieve operational, financial, and clinical goals.

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care while meeting or exceeding quality and performance standards.

  • Oversee budgets, financial reporting, surveys, plans of correction, licensing requirements, and other regulatory documentation.

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, physicians, staff, community partners, and regulatory agencies.

  • Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, teamwork, and outstanding customer service.
