Would you be a great GB- Registered Nurse?To thrive as a GB-Registered Nurse with Guardian Angel Senior Services, you'll need a blend of essential skills and experience. An active RN license is a must, along with prior home care and supervisory experience that equips you to lead and support your team effectively. You'll be responsible for patient assessment and individualized care planning-so being detail-oriented is key! Your expertise in medication management and vital signs monitoring will be pivotal in delivering top-notch care.
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) documentation is also vital to ensure accurate and up-to-date patient information. Strong organizational skills will help you juggle multiple responsibilities, while excellent communication and problem-solving abilities will enable you to connect with clients and colleagues seamlessly. Finally, the ability to work independently in a field-based setting is crucial for delivering exceptional, personalized care to our seniors
