Survey Project Manager

River Hawk Land Survey is seeking a Survey Project Manager to work with our highly skilled Professional Land Survey team. We offer the opportunity to work on challenging land survey projects for a wide range of clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company. This position entails travel to job sites, working outside of the office setting as needed, and conducting boundary surveys and construction support. This position will be located in the Middleborough, MA office and is a full time , in-office position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage boundary, topographic, title insurance, and construction surveys from inception to completion.
• Coordinate survey field crews and provide real-time support.
• Support and oversee the safety of all survey and construction operational tasks.
• Oversee and track progress and status of all assigned projects and aim to exceed client expectations.
• Be able to physically and safely work outdoors, year-round, in a variety of work environments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Advanced survey knowledge with five or more years of survey experience.
• Excellent professional communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in research of Registry of Deeds and Municipal records.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Carlson Survey drafting software.
• Proficiency in GIS and Lidar implementation into projects.
• MA PLS license, SIT certificate, or ability and desire to attain preferred.
• Drone license and drone flight experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and on budget.
• Valid driver’s license and a reasonable driving record.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
