Investment Compliance Associate | Boston Hedge Fund
A leading multi-strategy investment management firm with over $3B in assets under management is seeking an Investment Compliance Associate  to join its collaborative and high-performing compliance team.
Role Overview
The Trade Compliance Associate will play a key role in monitoring trading activity across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions. This individual will work closely with the trading, operations, and legal/compliance teams to ensure the firmâs investment activity adheres to internal policies, client guidelines, and global regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve daily trade compliance alerts and exception reports in the firmâs order management system (OMS).
- Maintain restricted lists and oversee wall-crossing processes.
- Review investment guidelines and assist in coding rules into the OMS.
- Support the onboarding of new funds, accounts, and instruments within compliance systems.
- Track and escalate potential compliance breaches and coordinate remediation with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experiemce in investment compliance experience  within an asset management, hedge fund, or investment advisory firm.
- Experience with Charles River, FlexTrade, or a similar OMS/OEMS  strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Thrives in a rigorous, collaborative, and intellectually curious environment.
