We are looking for a motivated self-starter with strong accounting knowledge that can operate with high sense of responsibility and teamwork! Must have proficientunderstanding of MS Office products, and it is preferred to have experience with ERP systems (Oracle 12i).

Essential Functions:

• Drive Analysis of Financials and reporting to Business Controller Kaye
• Assure correctness of accounting in regards of balance and P&Laccounts, cost centers, IC revenues
• Monitoring of SG&A and burden purchases and assure correctness of accounting
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of Kaye financials within Amphenol Thermometrics Inc in Amphenol reporting tools
• Monitoring of CAPEX spends of fixed assets accounts, approvals incl. depreciation and rental fleet for Kaye division of Amphenol Thermometrics Inc.
• Run AR Management - monitoring past due AR items, run dunning process, monitoring of prepayment of customers, charging customer's credit cards for payment purposes, review and approve customer's credit limits and payment terms
• Assure and maintain past due AP balances and drive necessary actions
• Analyzing, maintaining and oversee accrual accounts and ensure correctness of accruals
• Run reconciliations between sub-ledgers, back-up documentation and other information with general ledger for all Kaye relating balance sheet and P&Laccounts within Amphenol Thermometrics Inc.
• Analyzing of inventory balances, calculation of E&O provision
• Assist in analysis and updates of Standard Costs revision for Kaye inventory within Amphenol Thermometrics Inc.
• Analyzing inventory variances (e.g. Purchase Price Variances, Material Usage Variances, Labor Variances) and drive necessary actions
• Identify and run improvements in processes, quality, and speed of accounting
• Report on demand requests by Business Controller Kaye
• Work close with other departments (e.g., Operations, Sales, R&D, HR, etc.)
• Posting of g/l bookings in Oracle 12i

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or other financial degree field.
