Job Description
Department: Retail Operations
Reports To: Store Manager / Assistant Manager
Employment Type: Part-Time

We’re looking for a Part-Time Stock Associate to help keep our stores running smoothly by stocking merchandise, maintaining clean and organized displays, and assisting customers when needed. This is an active, hands-on role where you’ll balance stocking duties with customer service—all while being part of a supportive, family-owned company.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner in person and over the phone.
• Help customers with product questions, locations, pricing, and promotions.
• Stock, clean, dust, and maintain merchandise displays in assigned areas.
• Process and put away incoming stock following company procedures.
• Communicate inventory issues, customer requests, and updates through reporting tools.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts, price updates, and other stock-related tasks.
• Provide courteous, professional service with a focus on customer satisfaction.
