Director talent development lead

TALENT & DEVELOPMENT LEAD AT ARGENX

You’ll architect future-ready, tech-enabled development programs that build emerging skills, leadership capability, and supports a culture of continuous dialogue and feedback. Responsibilities
As part of the Global Talent team, you will co-create our talent strategy, talent processes and talent plans
As our Talent & Development Lead, you’ll be a catalyst for growth—designing learning experiences that are bold, human, and built for impact
Translate business ambition into measurable learning strategies that future-proof our capabilities
Design and deliver scalable, tech-enabled learning experiences that go beyond programs – immersive adaptive and co-created with teams
Make learning seamless and social by fostering peer-driven communities and integrating development into everyday moments
Activate Innovation: Leverage immersive tech, adaptive platforms, and data to personalize and elevate the learner experience
Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, and cross-functional teams in the commercialization organization to align learning with transformation and growth
Use talent analytics to match Personal Development Plans with capability/ skill gaps, emerging needs, and opportunities to grow bold capabilities
Cultivate a culture of curiosity, agility, and continuous learning across all levels of the organization
Manage end-to-end L&D initiatives with global reach and local relevance
Foster a networked and team learning culture that amplifies collaboration, inclusion, and shared impact and act as a team accelerator for teams in the commercialization organization
Education, Qualifications and Experience
Expertise in developing individuals and teams through Experience, Exposure, and Education
Bold thinking and innovation in leadership, learning trends, and digital transformation
Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
Fluency in learning technologies, AI, and organizational development
Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and drive measurable impact
Strong project management and change leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively together within cross-functional teams and networks
Demonstrated communication skills, within a multi-cultural and multi-lingual global environment
Is agile and demonstrates adaptability, comfort with ambiguity, trust-building, and resilience
Creative mindset with a passion for experimentation, iteration, and innovation
Passionate and prepared to lead and contribute to our culture, which is driven by our corporate values of co-creation, innovation, empowerment, excellence, and humility
Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Learning Sciences, HR, or a related field
10+ years in Organizational Development, Talent Management
30% travel required
