Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant
Full-Time Role.
Responsibilities :- Handle inbound customer inquiries.
- Screen and schedule appointments for service technicians.
- Maintain customer database.
- Clear, concise communication with department managers, employees and customers.
- Prepare maintenance contract billing information for Accounting Dept.
- Working within the CRM system daily (Service Titan).
- Companywide Admin support as needed using a variety of computer and organizational skills.
Qualifications :
- 2+ years relevant work experience.
- CRM information system experience.
- Excellent verbal skills.
- Well organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Energetic personality.
- Timely in completion of work and attendance.
- Creative thinker.
