Associate Service Center Agent

LaSalle Network is hiring an Associate Service Center Agent for a hybrid role in Quincy, MA —and we’re moving fast.

Associate Service Center Agent Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and tickets from employees, former employees, family members, and vendors

• Provide accurate info using internal tools and company policy references

• Know when to escalate complex issues to specialists

• Track all case details while protecting sensitive information

Associate Service Center Agent Requirements:

• High school diploma and 2–3 years of office-based work experience

• Strong background in customer service

• Confident using computers and internal support systems

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
