Overview

Are you a senior-level engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, M365, and Android Enterprise? Do you have experience managing thousands of endpoints across Windows 11, Android, and iOS in a fast-paced enterprise environment? If so, Market Basket wants to hear from you!

We’re looking for a Senior Endpoint Engineer to design, implement, and optimize our endpoint management environment. This hands-on, high-impact role will lead the technical strategy for end-user devices, ensuring security, scalability, and performance across our rapidly growing IT infrastructure.

This is an engineering-focused role, not management, but you’ll serve as the technical lead for the team, helping to define the roadmap for enterprise-scale endpoint management. As we expand our IT capabilities, this role will be critical in shaping the future of desktop, mobile, and collaboration technologies at Market Basket.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows 11 endpoints and M365 collaboration tools, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

• Lead the management of Android Enterprise (Zebra rugged devices, mobile printers) and iOS fleet management using SOTI.

• Implement and enforce device security policies, compliance baselines, and endpoint protection.

• Drive scalable automation strategies to enhance endpoint performance, security, and lifecycle management.

• Act as the technical lead for the EUC team and the escalation point for complex issues.

• Optimize performance and reliability of endpoint management tools, proactively identifying and resolving inefficiencies.

• Integrate endpoint management with enterprise security frameworks, working closely with cybersecurity teams to defend against threats.

• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.

• Partner with the Service Desk team to optimize support processes, workflows, and troubleshooting documentation to improve end-user experience and operational efficiency.

• Work with IT leadership and vendors to assess new technologies and refine the roadmap for end-user computing.

• Help shape the future of Market Basket’s EUC strategy, aligning our device infrastructure with business growth and innovation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft Intune and/or Android Enterprise (Zebra preferred) in a large-scale enterprise (1,000+ endpoints).

• Expert-level knowledge of Windows 11 security, device configuration, and policy management.

• Strong M365 administration experience, including security & compliance controls.

• Proficiency in automation and scripting.

• Hands-on experience with device hardening, vulnerability management, and endpoint security.

• Exceptional troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.

• Experience working with vendors, project managers, and IT leadership to optimize end-user technology.

• Experience with SOTI MobiControl, Zebra rugged devices, or ITSM tools like ServiceNow are a plus.
