We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who understands the power of a warm welcome, a calm voice, and a well-handled call. If you take pride in delivering five-star service, thrive under pressure, and believe every customer interaction is an opportunity to make someone’s day — this is your next great role. Key Sub Tasks
- Convert incoming client requests into booked service appointments.
- Respond to client requests via phone, text and email, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
- Collaborate with field and office teams to create seamless service experiences.
- Participate in training to boost booked calls.
- Maintain and update client database with complete and accurate information.
- Make outbound calls.
- Be available for On-Call duties.
- Highly motivated – friendly, composed, and confident on the phone.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- A problem solver with analytical skills.
- A great communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- IT competent: proficient with computer and phone systems.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Two years’ proven track record in customer service, preferred.
