Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Southborough, MA. As an LPN with Regent Global Solutions, LLC, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional home care services to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• providing skilled nursing care
• administering medication,
• and ensuring the overall well-being of our clients in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor vital signs and assess the patient's condition during each visit.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Educate patients and their families on managing their conditions and promoting health.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent home care experience. (Private duty does not qualify)
• Valid US driver's license.
• BLS
• Experience in Homecare Homebase is a plus

Completion Bonus
Employees are eligible for a completion bonus upon fulfilling the following criteria:

1. Successfully completing the total contracted hours as agreed upon in the employment terms.
2. Maintaining perfect attendance throughout the contract period, with no call-outs or unexcused absences.
