As a new Server/Wait Staff member at JGS Lifecare in Longmeadow, you can expect an energetic and fast-paced environment focused on providing exceptional service to residents and their families every weekend. Your typical schedule will be from 6:30 AM to 3 PM, allowing you to start the day bright and early. Each day, you'll assist in setting up the dining room, ensuring it is welcoming and ready for service. Throughout your shift, you'll take orders, serve meals, and be attentive to the needs of our residents, fostering a family-like atmosphere.

You'll also collaborate closely with kitchen staff and other team members to maintain a smooth service flow. Embrace opportunities to engage with residents, learn their preferences, and contribute to a caring environment that promotes comfort and joy in every dining experience.
