Requirements

• 6+ months of experience interacting with customers (through work, military, or education)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions and follow procedures accurately
• Integrity and professionalism in dealing with customers and team members
• Availability to work a schedule that may include Saturdays
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (Visa sponsorship not available)

What you’ll do

• Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging with customers
• Promote digital banking tools and refer customers to appropriate banking services
• Support daily operational activities and ensure compliance with policies
• Identify customer needs and connect them to suitable financial solutions
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and maintain strong relationships
