Product Manager, CRM
As a Product Manager, you will own several critical features within our Advisor CRM offering, ensuring delivery of customer value and commercial impact through focused execution. This role requires strong product intuition, excellent collaboration skills, and a passion for solving customer problems through thoughtful and scalable solutions.
You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, driving alignment across teams, and delivering outcomes that reflect both user needs and business goals. You will serve as the go-to expert for your product area and work cross-functionally to ensure your solutions are impactful, feasible, and aligned with a broader product strategy.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
- Deliver Outcomes: Drive measurable impact by defining success metrics and ensuring every release delivers meaningful customer and business value.
- Own the Roadmap: Manage and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with stakeholders and engineering, aligning work with product strategy and customer needs.
- Understand the Customer: Serve as the expert on your product’s functionality and customer use cases, translating insights into actionable product decisions.
- Collaborate to Build: Work closely with engineering, design, sales, client success, and other internal partners to ensure shared understanding and effective delivery.
- Drive Execution: Lead product discovery, iteration planning, and delivery to ensure timely, high-quality results.
- Communicate Clearly: Author clear and concise requirements, user stories, and vision documents that guide development and stakeholder expectations.
- Measure Impact: Analyze product performance and user behavior to validate success, drive improvements, and inform future priorities.
- Promote Best Practices: Contribute to process improvements and advocate for a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the product team.
- Represent the Product: Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, advocate for your product, and ensure alignment across the organization.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably within financial services or enterprise SaaS.
- Deep understanding of user needs, business strategy, and how to align the two.
- Subject matter expertise in the CRM space is a must, preferably with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) or Wealth Management specific CRM systems.
- Demonstrated success delivering high-impact features from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
- Ability to translate complex problems into elegant solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; builds trust with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience managing backlogs and sprint planning.
- Comfortable working autonomously while actively collaborating with partners across the organization.
- Familiarity with financial advisor workflows and enterprise platforms is a plus .

The estimated base salary range for this position is $126,000-$143,000.
