Job Description

We are currently hiring production workers for various shifts and departments. This role offers significant opportunities for advancement, comprehensive training, and excellent benefits starting from day one.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members in a physical role that involves lifting up to 40 pounds and working in groups.
• Remain on your feet throughout the entire shift, performing consistent lifting, kneeling, and crouching.
• Assist the operator in checking the quality of the product, monitor production, and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
• Work off a bill of materials, assembly drawings, or verbal instructions.
• Utilize a computer to make adjustments to pressures, dimensions, and cut sizes.
• Lay out the final product and perform final assembly.
• Conduct inspections on products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Use hand tools, work off blueprints, and manufacture products based on work orders.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Meet daily production goals with clarity on expected workload.

Essential Skills

• Ability to read a tape measure and use tools with mechanical aptitude.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Comfortable using a computer for machinery adjustments.
• A minimum of one year of manufacturing experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Trade school education.
• Automotive experience.
• Assembly experience.
• Blueprint reading skills.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced, organized production floor that is clean and well-lit. Shifts available include IMC Assembly from 6:00 am to 2:15 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:15 pm, and 10:00 pm to 6:15 am, and Roto Assembly from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, and 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Deerfield, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.70 - $27.20/hr.
