About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled administrative professional to support a team of 4–5 faculty members in a fast-paced academic environment. This role offers competitive pay of $25/hr. From managing complex calendars and coordinating travel to processing expenses, you’ll be an essential partner in keeping operations smooth and efficient.
This role offers more than just administrative work — it's an entry point into a collaborative and mission-driven environment that values precision, professionalism, and your potential to grow.
What You’ll Do:
- Support multiple faculty members with day-to-day administrative needs
- Handle heavy expense reimbursements and submit them accurately and on time
- Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries
- Set up meetings, book rooms, coordinate guests, and prep agendas
- Draft professional emails, letters, and internal communications
- Help plan events that may include external speakers, guests, and consultants
- Keep information confidential and communications polished
Required Experience:
- 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting
- Hands-on experience with Concur or similar travel/expense tools
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
- Sharp attention to detail
- Friendly, professional communication and follow-through
