Job Overview:
Navitas Partners, LLC is seeking Deputy Assistant Chief Information Officer (DACIO) for an exciting job in Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and guide clinical application teams and other IT workgroups.
• Oversee systems including MediTech, Meta Enterprise, and other clinical applications.
• Ensure alignment of IT systems with agency goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Establish and manage processes, procedures, and performance metrics for IT services.
• Review and analyze requirements, design documents, and system use cases.
• Coordinate with other departments and agencies to support IT initiatives.
• Serve as liaison between users, developers, operations, and leadership.
• Analyze requests for new or enhanced systems and recommend solutions.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure systems comply with state and federal requirements.
• Participate in strategic planning, process improvement, and innovation initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5–10 years of IT experience in development, operations, project management, and infrastructure, preferably in healthcare.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams, including coaching, training, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of change management, process improvement, and IT best practices.
• Hands-on experience with electronic health records (EHR), Meditech, Cerner/Oracle Health.
• Knowledge of Health Information Exchanges (HIE) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with application development, database architecture, and IT reporting.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with Agile development processes is a plus.
