What you’ll do:

• Handle inbound new customer requests via telephone/automated scheduling system.
• Manage customer workflow in online Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM).
• Nurture relationships with customers to support business operations.
• Provide initial quotes for standard jobs/services (routine) to customers.
• Coordinate with electricians if needed in regard to customer requests/information.
• Submit permits to municipalities/towns for work approval, other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of sales related experience.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Knowledge and experience in the building, construction, or electrical trade.
• Proven proficiency with technical systems: Microsoft Office, Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, Trello, Jobber, and/or Generac Online Customer Portal.
• Proactive problem-solving, investigative, communication, and negotiation skills.
