Job Summary:
At the direction of a Registered Physical Therapist, performs patient treatments as indicated by the treatment plan. Documents treatments given, including frequent and objective measurements. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency. Completes established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period.

Required: Associate of Physical Therapy Assistant, Active U.S. military service members or veterans with any military service, training, or education verified and credited by an accredited PTA program is acceptable
Experience :
Preferred: 1 year experience
Certifications :
Required: State License Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date. If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.
Performs selected tests and measurements as directed by the therapist; maintains documentation on all treatments; assures appropriate equipment performance before each use.
