Are you an experienced Groundskeeper ready to join our fantastic team of professionals? MMS Group is on the hunt for someone like YOU! Our groundskeepers maintain cleanliness for the interior and exterior of the property to enhance and maintain the property's curb appeal and overall cleanliness.

MMS Group is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper for a 640-unit residential property located in Quincy, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading: working with and directing the landscape helper with various tasks.

• Reporting: Report all notable concerns, such as vandalism, missing light bulbs or fixtures, and missing smoke detectors or extinguishers in the common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor

• Additional Duties: weeding, mowing, and performing other duties as outlined in the job description.

• Safety Adherence: Commitment to work safety and risk management programs

• Knowledge: plant identification and knowledge, irrigation systems, fertilizer schedules, garden design, and snow plowing.

• Hydraulics License (a plus but not required)

Requirements:

• Experience: minimum 2 years of experience in landscaping.

• Planting experience

• Ability to run commercial lawn mowers and ability to utilize hand tools and equipment.

• Valid MA Driver's License

• Ability to acquire a DOT card.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

• Physical Requirements: capable of heavy lifting, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, balancing, walking, wheelbarrowing, running small commercial equipment properly and in a safe manner, and carrying up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to report to site during snow events.
