VP, Account Director | Data Driven Performance Marketing | US
Strategic Partnership: Develop lasting, positive relationships with clients at all levels and serve as a trusted business partner.
Data-Driven Solutions: Lead the identification and integration of necessary resources for delivering innovative and impactful data-driven marketing solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (specialists, commercial experts, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope.
Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to offer cutting-edge data strategy, analytics, and platform solutions that drive client success.
Travel and Client Engagement: Split your time effectively between various key locations, including Boston, Atlanta, NYC, and Dallas, to foster strong client relationships.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking a results-oriented, entrepreneurial leader who is deeply knowledgeable in data-driven marketing and passionate about delivering meaningful client outcomes. The ideal candidate will have the following: Experience: 10+ years in marketing, with at least 7 years leading business development and growing enterprise-level clients.
Proven Track Record: A history of successfully growing accounts and driving results.
Cross-Agency Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams within a marketing services organization.
Consultative Selling: Expertise in consultative sales with a focus on identifying client needs and crafting tailored solutions.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to assess business performance and customer journeys, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
Communication Skills: Ability to craft compelling executive presentations and effectively tell a story that resonates with clients.
Entrepreneurial Energy: A proactive, hands-on approach to leading initiatives, driving revenue growth, and finding innovative solutions to challenges.
