As the leader of Data-Driven Performance Marketing (DDP), you'll be at the forefront of driving exceptional client experiences, helping businesses optimize their data, and delivering outstanding marketing outcomes. Your Role: In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and performance across existing key client relationships, while also playing a pivotal role in pre-sales and pitch efforts to attract new clients. You'll collaborate with senior leadership to develop and deliver services that elevate customer experience, maximize marketing effectiveness, and unlock the full potential of client data assets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Client Account Leadership: Take ownership of client relationships, ensuring overall account performance, profitability, and growth.
Strategic Partnership: Develop lasting, positive relationships with clients at all levels and serve as a trusted business partner.
Data-Driven Solutions: Lead the identification and integration of necessary resources for delivering innovative and impactful data-driven marketing solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (specialists, commercial experts, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope.
Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements to offer cutting-edge data strategy, analytics, and platform solutions that drive client success.
Travel and Client Engagement: Split your time effectively between various key locations, including Boston, Atlanta, NYC, and Dallas, to foster strong client relationships.
What We're Looking For: We're seeking a results-oriented, entrepreneurial leader who is deeply knowledgeable in data-driven marketing and passionate about delivering meaningful client outcomes. The ideal candidate will have the following:

Experience: 10+ years in marketing, with at least 7 years leading business development and growing enterprise-level clients.
Proven Track Record: A history of successfully growing accounts and driving results.
Cross-Agency Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams within a marketing services organization.
Consultative Selling: Expertise in consultative sales with a focus on identifying client needs and crafting tailored solutions.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to assess business performance and customer journeys, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
Communication Skills: Ability to craft compelling executive presentations and effectively tell a story that resonates with clients.
Entrepreneurial Energy: A proactive, hands-on approach to leading initiatives, driving revenue growth, and finding innovative solutions to challenges.
