Job Summary: We are looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle schedule flexibility. The day-to-day duties in this role include answering dealership phones, greeting customers, cashing out service customers, filing and processing paperwork, processing sales receipts, logging and completing accurate cash logs and balances.

Hours
- Mondays and Thursdays 3:00pm - 8:00pm
- Saturday 8:00am-3:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
- Sunday (1 Sunday per month) 11:00-5:00
Responsibilities
- Answer dealership phones
- Greet and receive prospects and customers
- Direct and transfer customers to the correct corresponding department
- Work cooperatively with dealership sales, service and parts departments
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Reconciling and closing out each corresponding individual shift accurately and appropriately
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
- A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- A professional appearance
- A great smile!
