Elementary School Special Ed Para

Amergis Educational Staffing is partnered with a school in Hingham, MA to hire a Special Education Paraprofessionals to work with students on a contractual basis.

Details of the Position Include:

Location: Hingham, MA

Duration: 2025-2026 School Year

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:00pm

Description: Looking for Paras to work 1:1 or in small groups with students at the elementary school level

Experience:

· Comfortable working with students with high needs and behavioral challenges

· De-escalation

· Experience with data collection (types taken/programs used) and behavior tracking

· Ability to remain calm, patient, and supportive in a dynamic environment

· Flexibility to support other students and classrooms as needed

· CPI or safety care training is a plus

Pay Rate: $26/hour
