Who You Are:

• A high school graduate with experience in electrical repairs, carpentry, painting, plumbing, or mechanical work
• Enthusiastic about maintaining and improving properties
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working with vendors and team members
• Gas station/convenience store maintenance experience? That’s a plus!

Your Role:

• Perform routine maintenance and respond to service requests promptly
• Keep our properties in top condition through preventative care
• Assist with make-ready processes for new tenants
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance
• Support special projects and help monitor outside contractors
• Be available for emergency repairs when needed
