Who You Are:
- A high school graduate with experience in electrical repairs, carpentry, painting, plumbing, or mechanical work
- Enthusiastic about maintaining and improving properties
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working with vendors and team members
- Gas station/convenience store maintenance experience? That’s a plus!
Your Role:
- Perform routine maintenance and respond to service requests promptly
- Keep our properties in top condition through preventative care
- Assist with make-ready processes for new tenants
- Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance
- Support special projects and help monitor outside contractors
- Be available for emergency repairs when needed

- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work safely with chemicals and equipment
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening
