Our client has not had a layoff or reorganization in it existence! over 40 years with offices globally in many different countries!! It has grown every year since it has been in business with many Fortune 50 and Fortune 1000 clients to add the additional several thousand clients they also have in their portfolio! They have averaged several hundred new client every year! This firm is extremely solid financially with no debt!

ONSITE Mon-Fri A must! Our Client will not see applicants who cannot work onsite or who need relocation! Must live a commutable distance to company location!

They are seeking a highly confident SR. Channel Operations professional who can effectively engage with internal account teams and external channel partners. This individual must be comfortable operating in high‐pressure environments, able to make sound decisions, and stand firmly behind those decisions. A thick skin, strong judgment, and executive‐level presence are essential for success in this role.

Key Experience & Attributes:

Proven, hands‐on experience in Channel Operations and Channel Support (required)

Experience working with international channel partners strongly preferred

Background in a software product or high‐tech manufacturing company

Demonstrated ability to streamline partner onboarding and accelerate time‐to‐value

Open‐minded, highly resilient, and exceptionally strong follow‐up and execution skills

Spanish language proficiency is a strong plus (not a stopper), due to engagement with LATAM partners and resellers-
