Cape to Cape Espresso Bar is looking to hire friendly and dependable baristas to join our team located in Wellfleet, Cape Cod. Full-time and part-time positions are available from May 1st through late October, depending on experience. One year of experience is preferred with a basic understanding of espresso theory, ratios and brewing methods.

- provide consistently great hospitality to guests throughout the day
- maintain current knowledge of our drink and food menu
- Read order tickets quickly
- self-organize drink assembly quickly, without effecting product quality
- thoughtfully guide customers whenever they need help maintain a clean, tidy, and well-stocked station at all times

Compensation
We are paying between $15 - $18 per hour plus pooled tips, depending on relevant experience, job performance, and commitment duration.
We are looking to fill morning shifts, a few afternoon and definitely weekend shifts.
