Operations Analyst
Our client, an operations management company, is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their team in Boston, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will be involved in analyzing operational processes and identifying areas for improvement. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with team members to gather and analyze data, support project management initiatives, and implement process enhancements. The position offers opportunities for growth and professional development within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project implementation
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review
- Assist in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Facilitate meetings to discuss progress and gather feedback
- Support the creation and maintenance of operational documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 2 years of experience in an operations or analytical role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
