Senior Product Manager

Topline Pro was co-founded by Nick Ornitz and Shannon Kay, who have built a fast-moving, execution-focused team backed by Y Combinator and leading investors. With strong product-market fit and a clear path to scale, the company is expanding its product and engineering organization. This role reports directly to the Chief Product Officer, Erik Ornitz, and will play a key role in shaping product direction and execution as the company scales.
Compensation
- Base salary of $160,000 to $170,000.
- Equity $80,000.
- Unlimited vacation.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development across core platform features from discovery through delivery.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to define product roadmap and priorities.
- Translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Own sprint planning, backlog management, and agile execution processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM teams to ensure product alignment with customer needs.
- Analyze product performance and user behavior to inform product decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement in product quality, usability, and scalability.
- Balance speed and quality in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Contribute to long-term product strategy and vision.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of industry experience working within a user-centric, agile product development environment.
- Proven experience working closely with engineering teams to ship high-quality software products.
- Strong understanding of product management fundamentals including roadmap planning and execution.
- Experience translating customer needs into product requirements and features.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced startup environments with evolving priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working on SaaS products is strongly preferred.
