In addition to driving sales performance, you’ll play a pivotal role in recruiting, attracting, and retaining top real estate agents , helping us intentionally grow a high-performing, values-driven team.
You’ll craft and implement strategic initiatives that not only elevate production but also position our organization as the destination of choice for agents looking to grow their careers. Through relationship-building, talent identification, and a strong recruiting pipeline, you’ll directly impact the expansion and strength of our team. With a hands-on leadership approach, you’ll ensure our systems support both agent success and scalable, sustainable growth.

Compensation:$225,000+ Base + Commission
Responsibilities:- Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to drive market share growth.
- Design and implement scalable recruiting systems to attract top talent and expand our team.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute our overall growth strategy.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the sales team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
