Whether you’re handling water heaters, re-pipes, remodels, or real problem-solving in the field — we’ve got the calls, the leadership, and the structure to back you. What We’re Looking For:
- Massachusetts Journeyman or Master plumbing license
- Strong residential experience (remodel, re-pipe, service)
- Clean cut, sharp communicator, takes pride in doing the job right
- Comfortable with iPad/invoicing systems (or willing to learn fast)
- Team-first mindset, no egos, no excuses
- Top industry pay – $100K+ for producers
