Project Manager - INTL LATAM

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Manager for one of their top property management customers. This person will be mainly responsible for working on software projects responsible for creating an acquisition agent that helps to review potential acquisitions and a deal review model that reviews prior acquisitions and indicates the success of the deal and makes future predictions.

The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects from initiation to closure.

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Manage project budgets and track financial performance against forecasts.

• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and external vendors.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.

• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.

Pay ranges from 25 - 28 USD/hour based on qualifications and years of experience.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

• 7+ years of experience managing IT projects in a corporate environment.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. - PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
