What You’ll Do

• Greet clients, answer phones, and schedule appointments with a focus on providing exceptional client service .
• Handle client inquiries, concerns, and needs with empathy and professionalism .
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and client education regarding our Fear Free protocols .
• Maintain accurate records and manage client files in our practice management system.
• Support a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining excellent customer relationships .
