Job Description
We’re looking for a contract Talent Acquisition Partner (20-30 hours per week, flexible on timing) who will help us do the same with talent:
Someone Who Can Spot Potential Others Might Miss.
Someone who brings clarity and momentum to the hiring process.
Someone who can help us make it Evident why top talent belongs here.
We need a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles. This individual will own the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, assess, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong recruiting fundamentals, and is confident managing the process independently while collaborating closely with leadership for strategic direction and alignment.
Job Duties
 Own and manage the full lifecycle recruitment process (intake through offer and onboarding)
 Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and search strategies
 Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talent
 Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure strong alignment with role and culture
 Manage interview coordination and candidate experience with a high level of professionalism
 Drive offer development and negotiation in partnership with leadership
 Maintain accurate data and reporting within the ATS (SuccessFactors preferred)
 Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency
 Ensure a positive, high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience

Job Requirements
Experience & Skills:
 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience
 Proven experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume, or growth-oriented environment
 Experience independently managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
 Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
 Experience With SuccessFactors (strongly Preferred)
 Demonstrated ability to take ownership while collaborating effectively with leadership
 High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Other Considerations (travel/hours Availability, Etc.)
Must be able to commute to the Needham, MA office at least once a week. Part time contingent workforce hire. $50 - $70 USD per hour.
