Senior Hardware Design Engineer (FPGA).
Kforce's client is seeking to hire a Senior Hardware Design Engineer (FPGA) in Marlborough, MA, to join a growing technology company developing innovative communications products and services. In this key role, you will collaborate with a highly skilled engineering team to design and implement next-generation communication systems. You will take ownership of FPGA development across the full product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Full-lifecycle FPGA design for high-performance systems
- Design and implement FPGA architectures using Verilog and/or VHDL
- Develop simulations, testbenches, and perform synthesis and validation
- Collaborate closely with hardware teams, interpreting datasheets and schematics
- Create, maintain, and review technical design documentation
- Own, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of FPGA design experience for high performance systems
- Hands-on design experience using Verilog or VHDL
- Knowledge of high-performance FPGA systems
- Knowledge of Programmable Logic EDA tools
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
