Quick service Technician

Job Summary: Colonial Chevrolet of Acton is seeking a skilled and experienced Quick Service Technician to join our team in providing top-notch automotive services to our valued customers. This full-time position will be responsible for performing a variety of quick service tasks on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and other minor repairs. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Sign on Bonus up too $2000 Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time position with compensation ranging from $18 to $27 per hour, paid weekly. Responsibilities:

• Perform quick service tasks, including but not limited to oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and filter replacements, on a variety of vehicles
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working on vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot minor vehicle issues
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain vehicle issues and recommendations for repairs
• Complete repair orders and maintain accurate records of services performed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a quick service technician or similar role is preferred
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
