Senior Product Marketing Manager
- Coordinate brand marketing work in North America and Europe — As the core hub of Marketing (MKT), it connects the marketing, sales, product, and applied science teams to ensure in-depth synergy between brand promotion plans and BD needs (such as providing support to the BD team, including customer industry trend analysis and product competitive advantage narratives).
- Establish the "Applied Scientist + Marketing" framework, design communication content from the perspective of "better product usability" (such as distilling the core functional value of software in small molecule R&D scenarios), and guide the team to produce materials such as technical whitepapers and case studies
- Coordinate marketing resources across the US and European markets to ensure strategic alignment between the two regions (such as unified brand perception and shared success stories), while also taking into account regional market differences.
- Overall management of international biopharmaceutical-related R&D field conferences, precise matching of conference scenarios with target customers, development of differentiated promotion content (such as small molecule screening technology, drug molecular design software, etc.), and responsible for the full-process implementation and organization of conferences
- Take the lead in formulating marketing activity plans for small molecule and other drug R&D-related products in the European and American markets, and clarify the core objectives and implementation paths for different stages.
- Coordinate the external publicity strategy for products, and convey the technical value and application scenarios of drugs and small molecule R&D-related products through channels such as the official website, industry media, and social media.
- Build promotional and educational tools for product applications: In response to product compatibility issues that arise during the customer\'s probation period, collaborate with the product team to optimize application instructions and user guides; regularly organize product feature introduction webinars to address customer pain points in usage.
- Professional Background and Technical Knowledge : Hold a doctoral or master\'s degree in relevant sciences such as medicinal chemistry, molecular biology, pharmacology, etc., have in-depth understanding of the entire process of drug and small molecule R&D (e.g., target discovery, lead compound optimization, preclinical research, etc.), possess technical knowledge of computational chemistry software, drug R&D auxiliary tools, etc., and be able to accurately interpret the technical principles and application scenarios of products.
- More than 5 years of experience in brand marketing and small molecule product marketing
- Has excellent resource integration capabilities and can coordinate internal and external resources to support BD business.
- Sensitive to the market, proactively explores potential opportunities; has clear logic and can translate complex technologies into value propositions that are easy for customers to understand.
