What you’ll be doing

• Prepare fresh ingredients ("scratch kitchen") for cooking according to recipes/menu
• Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
• Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
• Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces, storage containers, all areas
• Assist with the cleaning and organizing of kitchen and equipment
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area including tables, shelves, grills, burners, ovens, and refrigeration equipment

What we’re looking for

• Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
• Culinary talent to include food quality, presentation and timeliness
• Positive outlook and outgoing personality
• 2+ Years kitchen/cooking experience in a restaurant/hospitality setting
• Ability to work as a team and communicate with kitchen staff
• Fast learner with a willingness to take direction, feedback and training to grow
• Dependability and reliability to be on-time and work shifts including very early mornings
