You’ll help create the world’s best play experiences for consumers everywhere. Every day, you’ll work alongside passionate designers, engineers, and marketers. You’ll manage global product development and marketing processes, line planning activities, and brand strategy for some of our most iconic portfolios. In this exciting role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams — including regional marketing, consumer marketing, design and development, packaging, engineering, demand planning, and costing — to bring new experiences to life. You’ll be the voice of the consumer throughout the process, leveraging research and competitive analysis to inform strategy. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI. A Day in the life as a Brand Manager: Gain exposure to global brand strategy, product innovation, and storytelling — building a foundation for a future career in brand management or consumer marketing. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute key brand initiatives and find innovative ways to grow the business. Use creative thinking and consumer insights to drive product innovation and meet or exceed consumer expectations. Translate consumer research into clear, insight-driven stories for regional marketing, sales, and retail partners. Support go-to-market strategy and asset development by providing product details and collaborating on messaging and unique selling features. What You’ll Bring: 3-5 years of experience in consumer goods, marketing, or a related field. You’re eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to work in a hybrid environment at our Pawtucket, RI office (transitioning to Boston in Fall 2026). A strong curiosity about the world around you and a love for learning. A knack for solving problems and making things happen. Trend-savvy, with the ability to think broadly about competitive sets and cultural context. An entrepreneurial spirit — balanced by the ability to navigate and collaborate within a large organization. A comfort with experimentation, risk-taking, and challenging the status quo. The base salary range for this position is $104,800.00 to $157,200.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
