What You’ll Do:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of S corporations and partnerships across industries such as manufacturing, distribution, retail, professional services, and tech
- Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements on a federal and multi-state level
- Conduct research and analysis on complex tax issues, including non-resident withholding and composite tax concerns
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, timely delivery, and strategic tax guidance
- Partner with firm leadership on growth initiatives and team development
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff to ensure high-quality performance and engagement
What You’ll Bring:
- CPA certification (required)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in tax accounting
- Deep expertise in S corporation and partnership taxation, including capital account maintenance and allocations
- Strong technical knowledge of tax prep, compliance, and research
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Proven leadership ability and a passion for coaching and mentoring others
- A client-first mindset and a track record of building long-lasting relationships
