We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Holyoke, Massachusetts. The role includes a variety of administrative tasks and interaction with team members and clients, requiring excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
• Handle inbound calls professionally, providing information and redirecting inquiries as needed.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
• Coordinate and support office activities, including scheduling and correspondence.
• Act as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
• Assist with document preparation and filing to support team requirements.
• Ensure office supplies are stocked and order replacements when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve administrative challenges efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
• Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in answering inbound calls and managing inquiries.
• Friendly and attentive demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Organizational skills to manage office supplies and documentation effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
