Project Manager – Construction (Large-Scale Vertical Projects)
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and work on large-scale, complex vertical building projects. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are eager to take on responsibility, grow their careers, and develop into Senior Project Managers and Project Executives . You will collaborate closely with a variety of teams within a fast-paced construction environment, managing critical project functions and contributing to the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the Project Management team on various tasks, including:
- Subcontractor and supplier buyouts, procurement, and management
- Oversight of the project closeout documentation process
- Oversight of the submittal and RFI processes
- Management of RFPs and soliciting pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
- Management of Owner and Subcontractor Change Orders
- Resolving project-related issues in a timely manner
- Tracking and ensuring the timely procurement of materials
- Ensuring schedule adherence and project deadlines
- Managing project team relationships and resolution of issues
Qualifications:
- Education: BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry, with exposure to project management tasks.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A Team Player: A collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
