Lifeguard (Weekend Shifts)

We are looking for year-round Lifeguards in Norwood, MA for weekends specifically.

The Aqua-Tots Staff is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for facilitating the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. Lifeguards need to like a fast pace and be friendly and currently certified (American Red Cross).

Lifeguards and all staff:
Customer Service:

• Maintain a safe pool environment
• Ensure the safety of all swimmers
• Communicate effectively with all staff and members
• Handle customer complaints gracefully with a win/win outcome
• Report to manager if complaints are unresolved
• Lead by example for other staff members by using the customer-focused principle in every customer interaction

Salary: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
