Estamos buscando um(a) SDR Pleno para atuar em uma empresa em expansão no segmento de construção e reformas residenciais nos Estados Unidos.
Nosso cliente é uma empresa localizada em Boston/Cape Cod (EUA), especializada em reformas, construção de decks, instalação de siding e telhados. Com uma operação comercial em crescimento e metas ambiciosas de expansão, buscamos um profissional que goste de vendas, relacionamento com clientes e geração de oportunidades.
• Qualificação de leads recebidos através dos canais da empresa
• Agendamento de reuniões e visitas para o time comercial
• Atuação como Social Seller, realizando contato ativo com potenciais clientes
• Reativação de clientes e oportunidades da base existente
• Utilização de CRM para gestão do funil comercial e acompanhamento de leads
• Follow-up e nutrição de oportunidades comerciais
• Interface constante com o time de vendas para maximizar conversões
• Inglês fluente (obrigatório)
• Experiência com SDR, pré-vendas ou qualificação de leads
• Conhecimento e utilização de CRM
• Experiência com prospecção, follow-up e relacionamento com clientes
• Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita
