Responsibilities

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a Travel RN – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide specialized care for patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring and treatment. The ideal candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

  • Monitor and assess patients with acute and chronic illnesses
  • Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed
  • Recognize and respond to deteriorating patient conditions
  • Perform continuous cardiac monitoring and interpret telemetry readings
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Provide patient and family education regarding treatments and post-discharge care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols
