What You'll Do:

As a server at Shaking Crab, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests leave with smiles on their faces and memories to cherish. Your responsibilities will include: - Welcoming guests with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their dining experience. - Guiding guests through our menu, offering recommendations, and ensuring they have everything they need. - Delivering food and drinks promptly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail. - Creating a fun and engaging atmosphere that matches the energy of our restaurant. - Collaborating with teammates to provide seamless service and handle any guest needs with care. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization in your section to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking individuals who are: - Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. - Team players who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Great communicators with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. - Comfortable working in a hands-on dining experience where things can get a little messy (in the best way possible!). - Open to learning and growing with us—no prior experience is required!
