Sr. VP of Product (Remote)
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a VP of Product - REMOTE. In this pivotal role, you will lead the entire product experience, overseeing teams of product managers and UX designers. Your leadership will set the standard for excellent product delivery while being accountable for the quality of all outputs. You will define strategic roadmaps, balance competing priorities, and act as a champion for both your users and your team. Accountabilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of product managers and UX designers.
- Own the prioritization and scheduling processes for product and feature work.
- Define and articulate the product roadmap based on market opportunities and customer insights.
- Serve as the final authority for the quality and integrity of all apps and products.
- Act as an internal evangelist for the product and its users, ensuring proper representation at the leadership level.
- Build partnerships with Engineering and Marketing to ensure successful project launches.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on user feedback and metrics.
- Collaborate with executives on strategic planning, addressing capacity and priorities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing mobile products.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role managing other product managers.
- Demonstrated success in taking new products from ideation to market.
- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams with a compelling product vision.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to define and track key product metrics.
- Strong communication skills for various organizational levels and contexts.
